My friend Doug is my first real customer in my new D2D business (I thought this was going to be dog-to-dog commerce, but now I realise it could also be dog-to-doug!). He sent me this email today:

These are my pals Charlie (the hairy one) and Maeve (the cute one). They live in St Kilda and have a big sister called Claudine.
Claudine and Maeve go to school. Charlie doesn’t have to go to school because dogs are naturally smart.
My mum and dad went to visit recently–they drank lots of wine with Maeve and Claudine’s mum and dad. And they took this photo.
They say they’ll take me to visit one day–but I’m not sure about that. I’d like to play with Charlie.
I hope they take me to play soon.
